The global retailer, UNIQLO has set its sights on doubling the number of store openings from the previous year, with over 20 new locations slated to open across the United States and Canada in 2024.
Since its first North American store launch in 2005, UNIQLO has been redefining the retail experience with its innovative LifeWear concept. LifeWear represents more than just clothing; it's a commitment to quality, simplicity, and functionality, designed to enhance everyday life. This philosophy has resonated with
customers, leading to significant growth for the brand, particularly in the fiscal year ending August 31, 2023. The upcoming expansion will focus on both the eastern and western regions, including entering new markets that promise fresh opportunities for the brand. Among the anticipated new stores in the U.S.
are Tacoma Mall in Washington, Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, South Shore Plaza in Massachusetts, Providence Place in Rhode Island, and Staten Island Mall in New York.
Canadian shoppers can look forward to new UNIQLO stores at CF Fairview Mall and Scarborough Town Centre in Toronto, CF Market Mall in Calgary, and Bayshore Shopping Centre in Ottawa.
