On the bustling Buchanan Street in Glasgow, Lush has officially opened its largest store in Scotland. Its new flagship experience awaits customers, featuring innovative experiential concepts and an in-store vegan coffee shop.
The grand opening occurred on Friday, 8th December 2023 , at 11 am, marking a significant milestone for the brand known for its handmade bath and body products. The store is not just any ordinary retail space; it's an island site spanning approximately 20,000 square feet across the basement,
ground, and three upper floors of one of Glasgow's most iconic buildings. As the doors swung open, the first 250 lucky customers were greeted with surprise bags filled with Lush products, a token of celebration for the store's inauguration.
This gesture was a warm welcome to what promises to be a shopping experience like no other. Magz Macphee-David, the store manager with 16 years of retail experience, leads a diverse team representing over 15 countries and speaking more than ten languages.
