Nordstrom announced today the successful completion of its all-cash acquisition by members of the Nordstrom family and Mexican retail giant El Puerto de Liverpool.
The transaction, valued at $24.25 per share, brings Nordstrom’s total enterprise value to approximately $6.25 billion and marks the retailer’s return to private ownership after more than five decades as a public company.
