Crate & Barrel has introduced its innovative flagship store in New York City's Flatiron district, marking a significant milestone as the brand's first immersive design store.
This new retail haven offers a unique shopping experience where customers can explore Crate & Barrel's comprehensive home design offerings amidst a backdrop of custom-tailored experiences and exceptional customer service.
levels and has been thoughtfully restored by Crate & Barrel 's own architecture and design team. Their mission was to retain much of the historical essence of the building, which dates back to 1868 and was once celebrated as New York's Palace of Trade.
The store's design features a striking volcanic ash tile wall, a tribute to the vibrant spirit and ongoing evolution of the city.
