Louis Vuitton unveils the completed transition of the Costa Mesa store at South Coast Plaza, highlighting the Maison’s Women’s Universe alongside Louis Vuitton ’s exemplary craftsmanship and legendary savoir-faire.
First opened in 1986, the Costa Mesa location has been reimagined to amplify the Women’s offerings, complementing the Louis Vuitton South Coast Plaza Men’s Store, which opened in 2022. The au courant space offers diverse métiers, including Women’s ready-to-wear, accessories, fine jewelry, fragrance,
leather goods, shoes, and travel as well as the Maison’s most recherché categories, such as Objets Nomades and iconic hardsided trunks. The Costa Mesa store embodies the spirit of innovation synonymous with Louis Vuitton.
The interiors are newly illuminated with an undulating wave ceiling, while a floor-to-ceiling video wall immerses guests in the world of Louis Vuitton women’s fashions shows worldwide. Fittingly, the Women’s RTW section has expanded, and a new Watches & Jewelry display showcases both classic pieces and the latest collections.
A bold painting on linen by Aboriginal artist Liddy Walker Napanangka titled Wakirlpirri Jukurrpa (Dogwood Tree Dreaming) adds to the atmosphere while paying homage to women creatives.
Walker Napanangka, who was born in the 1930s, has been painting since the 1980s and her work is included in important collections throughout Australia and globally.
