Global e-commerce platform Temu has taken a significant step in the fight against online counterfeiting by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International AntiCounterfeiting Coalition (IACC) .
Announced at the IACC’s 2025 Annual Conference in San Diego, this partnership marks Temu’s entry as an inaugural member of the IACC’s newly launched Marketplace Advisory Council (MAC) , a cross-industry forum uniting e-commerce giants, payment providers, and iconic global brands to set new standards for

Alongside Temu, council members include Amazon , eBay , Mastercard , PayPal , Visa , and global brands like Apple , Chanel , Colgate-Palmolive , Disney , Ford , Johnson & Johnson , and Nike .
This diverse coalition is designed to foster collaboration, share insights, and coordinate strategies to address one of the most persistent challenges in e-commerce: the proliferation of counterfeit goods.
