Lemme Faces Class Action Over Deceptive Marketing The popular wellness brand Lemme, founded by reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian Barker , is now the subject of a class action lawsuit investigation. The law firm Zimmerman Reed is probing claims that Lemme “violated consumers’ rights by misleadingly and deceptively marketing its
products,” according to a recent announcement.
The investigation specifically targets several Lemme products: Lemme Purr Gummies : Advertised to boost vaginal health and “support vaginal odor” Lemme Curb Capsules: Promoted to support healthy blood sugar Lemme Debloat Gummies: Marketed to relieve bloating symptoms Lemme Matcha Gummies: Claimed to support “cellular energy and energy metabolism” Zimmerman Reed is asking Lemme customers if they “expected the products to work as advertised” upon purchasing any of these items.
“If you purchased a Lemme product, you may be entitled to compensation,” the firm’s free case review form states. Health Experts and Customer Skepticism Lemme, which launched in September 2022 with a range of vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO gummy supplements, has previously drawn criticism from health professionals.
The introduction of Lemme Purr, a vaginal probiotic gummy, in February 2023, was especially controversial.
