Remark addresses this by training AI personas on the expertise of over 60,000 real product specialists—including Olympic athletes, stylists, estheticians, and new parents—delivering trusted, personalized advice at scale.
Unlike generic chatbots, Remark’s AI is built on the anecdotes and personal knowledge of subject-matter experts, resulting in digital advisors that offer warm, informed guidance embedded directly in brand storefronts.
