Initially launched on September 12, The Power Drop marks her official re-entry into the luxury footwear space. Arriving in the middle of New York Fashion Week and as Hollywood’s red carpets heat up, the collection leans hard into bold metallics and statement silhouettes that demand attention.
“When a woman puts on these shoes, I want her to feel unstoppable, like every step announces her arrival,” Rich tells Retailboss. Rich’s return comes after her blockbuster 2024 collaboration with Steve Madden, which introduced her aesthetic to a wider audience but also pushed her to reconsider her path.
“After taking a year away from designing, I wanted to return with something powerful,” she says. “This is my first full collection since the Steve Madden collaboration — and The Power Drop is that moment.” More than a collection, Rich frames it as a philosophy: “Fashion i s evolving.
