The Estée Lauder Companies has announced a minority investment in 111SKIN , a luxury clinical skin care brand founded by renowned plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr. Yannis Alexandrides . Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. 111SKIN distributes through luxury retail, e-commerce, and
high-end spa channels, with partners including Harrods , Bluemercury , Nordstrom , Mandarin Oriental , and Aman . The brand's direct-to-consumer business represents approximately 20% of sales , reflecting strong digital engagement with prestige consumers.
