Hans Dorsinville has been named SVP, Global Creative Director of BALMAIN BEAUTY by BALMAIN. Beginning in January 2023, he will work under Olivier Rousteing, BALMAIN's Creative Director, and report to him directly.
Hans will collaborate closely with Estée Lauder Companies officials Nathalie Berger Duquene, Senior Vice President (SVP), Global General Manager, BALMAIN BEAUTY, and Guillaume Jesel, President, Global Brands, TOM FORD BEAUTY and Luxury Business Development. He will be in charge of directing BALMAIN
BEAUTY's whole creative spectrum, including image, concepts, and strategy alignment with the fashion house, in his capacity as SVP, Global Creative. He will collaborate with the team to make sure that the customer journey is seamless at all points of contact.

He has held executive positions with prestigious fashion and advertising firms, such as Donna Karan, where he served as Chief Creative Officer. Hans most recently served as the creative strategist for numerous significant fashion and beauty brands at Gotham.
Before joining Gotham, he worked at Laird + Partners as EVP and Senior Group Creative Director, where he conceived brand strategy and art directed digital, print packaging design, merchandising, and fashion shows for clients in the luxury fragrance, fine jewelry, and fashion industries…
