The protein itself is unflavoured so it is tasteless, but thankfully Gainful also provides flavour packs that you add to your shake.
They offer a variety of options, such as Madagascar vanilla, cookies and cream, strawberry, cinnamon, and chocolate peanut butter, which can enhance the taste of your protein shake. My personal favourite is the cookies and cream... so far, but I'm still going through the flavors so that can always change!
In my personalized order, I also received fibre, collagen, and keratin performance boosts , which I can add a scoop into my shakes as well. I'd say I felt more control over what I wanted out of my protein shake each day, more than ever, such as adding more fibre some days, or keratin on my workout days.
It makes drinking my protein shakes a little more fun on a daily basis, as well as switching up the flavor of my shake. However, I have to mention one of the downsides being the value of the protein relative to the serving size and cost, as the servings are small…
