Métiers d’Excellence do LVMH Métiers d’Excellence is the Group’s umbrella for more than 280 Creative, Craft and Client Experience métiers , practiced by over 80,000 employees worldwide, from jewelry artisans to store managers.
Within this framework, the Institut des Métiers d’Excellence (ME Institute) created in 2014 runs work study programs that mix theoretical courses with paid apprenticeships in LVMH Maisons.
Students learn technical skills, theory and languages, and attend Master Classes, visits and workshops; at the end, they receive both a school diploma and the Brevet d’Excellence , recognized across all LVMH brands.
