The restaurant, nestled within the elegant White 1921 hotel, is set to become a culinary hotspot for food connoisseurs and fashion enthusiasts alike. The White 1921 hotel, located in the heart of Saint-Tropez on the legendary Place des Lices, is an iconic seaside residence known for its
tranquility and elegance. Owned by LVMH, the parent company of Louis Vuitton, the hotel is part of a larger hospitality division that includes other prestigious brands like Cheval Blanc Hotels and Belmond.
The decision to open a restaurant within the hotel aligns with Louis Vuitton 's 'Art of Travel' ethos, blending luxury fashion with high-end hospitality.
The restaurant will be under the artistic direction of Chef Arnaud Donckele, who has earned his Michelin stars through his exceptional culinary skills and innovative approach to French cuisine.
