Primark, the British fashion retailer is now trialling click-and-collect services across 57 stores in the United Kingdom, offering customers a new level of convenience and flexibility when shopping for their favorite Primark items.
The click-and-collect service allows customers to browse and purchase selected items online, including an extended range of womenswear, kidswear, baby, and nursery products. Shoppers can then choose their preferred collection day and pick up their order from a dedicated collection
point at their nominated store, all free of charge. With a minimum order value of just £15 and no delivery fees, Primark's click-and-collect service is an attractive option for many customers. This expansion brings the total number of products available for click-and-collect to an impressive 2,500.
One of the most exciting aspects of this trial is the expansion of the click-and-collect range to include womenswear for the first time.
Customers can now purchase a variety of womenswear pieces, including collections usually found in larger stores, Primark's premium Edit range, and specialized products such as maternity wear, period pants, and menopause collections.
The trial is currently being conducted in stores across the North West of England, Yorkshire, North Wales, and London. Primark has strategically selected these locations to test the service and gauge customer response before potentially rolling it out to other regions…
