She began her professional journey at Louis Vuitton , part of the LVMH group, where she joined as a marketing and communications executive in Paris . On July 6, 2025 , Isabel Marant —the renowned Parisian fashion house founded in 1994 —officially appointed Condroyer as Chief Marketing Officer. Condroyer’s mix of creative vision
and analytical skillset quickly propelled her to larger roles, especially as luxury fashion entered the digital era. Climbing the Ranks in Global Luxury Condroyer became responsible for Global Digital Communication for Louis Vuitton .
Here, she launched pioneering social media and e-commerce campaigns, helping position the label as a digital-first luxury house worldwide. Her mandates spanned influencer strategy, content innovation, and digital PR during a transformative period for the brand.
She was recruited by Kering to lead media relations, marketing, and digital communication at Saint Laurent . Her focus at the Parisian house included cross-market brand launches, global campaign strategy, and audience engagement. Condroyer moved to Chloé , the Richemont-owned French fashion powerhouse.
