He then joined Coach as President & CEO of Japan/North Asia , where he further developed his expertise in luxury retail and Asian consumer behavior. His time with Coach in Asia reinforced his reputation for driving expansion in complex markets such as Japan and South Korea .
After Coach , DiCiccio transitioned to Apple , where his focus on retail architecture, client experience, and omnichannel integration propelled Apple’s retail businesses in Japan and Korea .
